SONICA once again participated in the annual National Workplace Wellbeing Day event in 2021 with a 24 hour activity challenge and fundraising for their nominated charity St. Michael’s House in Skerries.

Over 40 employees from across the business ran, walked and got creative in order to complete the 24 hour event, each with 30 minute slots to complete throughout the day as part of SONICA Wellbeing Day 2021.

Prizes were given to the most adventurous participants and over €1600 was raised for St. Michael’s House, Skerries by the team. St. Michael’s House, Skerries recently became SONICA’s employee nominated charity and all proceed raised will go directly to the charity. This event marks just one of the events that planned to support fundraising and awareness for the Charity.

2021 marked the 7th National Workplace Wellbeing Day, created by IBEC and encourages companies to focus on social, mental and physical wellbeing each April with businesses from across the country signing up to get involved.
