Building fabric surveying and development of repair and maintenance programme.
Installation of new security speed lanes with supply of access control systems tailored to multitenant / multi-card operation.
Complete M&E brief to include all services associated with bathroom and shower upgrades, A/C to open plan offices and power upgrades to suit new tenancy requirements.
